Isaac holds a BSc. (Hons) degree in Geology from the University of Ghana, and MSc. and Ph. D degrees from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Socorro, NM. USA. His career in exploration geology spans over 20 years. He has worked on major exploration programs in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique and Tanzania.
He has previously worked with Ghana Geological Survey, BHP Minerals, Ashanti Exploration, AmLib United Minerals and Goldfields Exploration.
Seth is a Civil Engineer with a BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Science & Technology (Ghana) and an MSc in Project Construction Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He has over 30 years experience in construction and project management of large-scale mining projects on various projects in West and East Africa. He has served in various senior roles in the construction and project development of the erst-while Ashanti Goldfields Company’s Bibiani, Siguiri, Geita and Iduapriem Mines.
He also worked closely with the EPCM contractor on the project development of Newmont’s Ahafo Mine. His most recent role has been in Operations and Safety Management of Orica Ltd’s operations in Africa and parts of the Middle East.
